What could cause my right eye to suddenly appear bigger than my left eye? (photos)

Your right eye appears more bulgy. The most common cause of acquired proptosis (bulging eye) is thyroid eye disease but there are other causes. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.

not knowing which you looked like before, that's important question to ask. It seems to me that you have a mild sagging of the left upper eyelid making that look smaller than the right. As far as your nose shifting, it's hard to tell from a photograph. The most important thing would be to have a consultation with a physician who will examine your face. It may be necessary to order imaging studies such as a CAT scan if the physician feels that there may be a mass growing.
