I want to get two rounds of either laser they are similar in price the elos plus may be a bit more expensive. Is anyone able to tell me which 'laser' is more powerful and more likely able to help with light scars and faint loosening of skin? Or what do you think obviously CO2. Does Fraxel compare to these? What would I benefit from in your expertise I e. Filler/ laser
Answer: ELos Plus vs eMatrix For light scars in an early stage I would recommend eMatrix Sublative for a resurfacing. eLos is a broad band light / intense pulsed light photo-facial that targets sun damage and some vascular concerns. Both the eLos and eMatrix will stimulate collagen production for minor tightening of the loose skin. A series of these treatment combined will give the best result. From what you're describing I wouldn't think anything as invasive as CO2 would be needed. You may also consider Vivace RF Fractional Microneedling or a Picoway Resolve treatment for tightening and scars without pigmentation.

Answer: Elos Plus vs eMatrix The two devices are from the same company and you can't go wrong with either. You should get a good treatment from either. Follow post treatment instructions and return at the recommended time following a good home care regimen. Sun protection is a must. Fraxel is another resurfacing procedure that gives good results in the right hands but may have more downtime. You are an attractive woman with well defined features. I see nothing on your face i need of filling.

Answer: You Need the Best Experience! Thanks for your question and posting a picture. Unfortunately, most people don't understand all of the factors that control how well a treatment will work. Much of your results are dependent on the overall power of the device, maintenance of it, the settings used and the technique of the provider. If a laser isn't regularly maintained and calibrated to manufacturer spec or they don't clean the handpiece correctly, you will not get effective results. There is no Best Laser for anything! You need the best experience. Look for an office with a physician on site, lots of treatment options and excellent reviews. If a carpenter only has one hammer, he uses it for everything. Sometimes, the most obvious treatment doesn't work and we have to try something else. I hope this helps.

Answer: What do you want to achieve is the question. See a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to gain an understanding of what you want to achieve. This way we can tailor a treatment based upon your concerns. eMatrix is a good treatment for early scarring, or decreasing acne in conjunction with other methods. In your case, collagen remodelling will be minimal even at maximum power of 100 mj per pin with overlaps. Far better lasers for collagen. Book into see Dr Steve Weiner in FL as he is a Plastic Surgeon, and has all the skills and devices to treat you. His reputation is excellent, and he is one of the TOP 100 in the Realself community. Dr Davin S. Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
