The Staff is amazing from walking in the door to seeing Dr. Buchbinder and Gina. The only thing I asked for Christmas was to see them again !!! The location is very convenient and the office itself is very welcoming and clean.
I went to Dr. Ligaya Buchbinder at BeautySmart Dermatology clinic in East Boca and I am overwhelmed with my results. I came in for just a little tweaking and could not be happier - the difference is dramatic. The Dr suggested more definition in my cheeks to widen my face and sculpt my cheekbones. She used 2 syringes of the Revanesse Versa filler. This has by far been my favorite cosmetic procedure I have ever done. My face is more angular and defined. Then the Dr added one syringe of the same Versa filler to my lips. Concentrating on my smaller top lip, showing me every step of the way so we could achieve a natural result. I have gotten so many compliments and questions by close friends asking what’s different. She gave me great results that are completely natural looking. I will certainly be going back.
A combination of Vivace Deep Radiofrequency microneedling and dermal fillers will greatly improve this condition. Vivace treatment has to be repeated at least three times. One month apart.
Deep microneedling with the Vivace Radiofrequency device gives pretty good results in this situation but personally I would treat this with PDO nonsurgical facelift and it will give immediate results lasting for about a year.
For light scars in an early stage I would recommend eMatrix Sublative for a resurfacing. eLos is a broad band light / intense pulsed light photo-facial that targets sun damage and some vascular concerns. Both the eLos and eMatrix will stimulate collagen production for minor tightening of the loose skin. A series of these treatment combined will give the best result. From what you're describing I wouldn't think anything as invasive as CO2 would be needed. You may also consider Vivace RF Fractional Microneedling or a Picoway Resolve treatment for tightening and scars without pigmentation.
Chemical peels come in many different strengths, without knowing the percentage of salicylic acid and how it was buffered and neutralized its hard to say how deep the peel will be. Its very important not to further irritate the skin by using any harsh chemicals or exfoliants. Use a chemical free sun block made for post procedure, I recommend Elta MD. Its also imperative that you keep the skin moistened, a vaporized water such as Avene is helpful and a gentle moisturizer is recommended. Do not pick or peel the skin, it must heal from the deepest layer first to avoid scaring or pigmentation discoloration.
