Im a 27 year old medium dark skinned African American. I have dark purple stretch marks in 5x5 in sections on my obliques. Would ematrix or vbeam be effective in fading these stretch marks? Theyre older but in my research Ive seen conflicting information on which treatment is most effective for my skin tone. Think Michael B Jordan with browner marks not very deep. The consult fees are very prohibitive in my city but some information before I seek one out would help. Only looking to fade
Im currently on accutane 0.5mg/kg for 2 months, acne under control, but due to inflammation there were rolling scars and some boxcar scars left on my face. Im also experiencing PIE, I would like to ask if early scars response much better to treatments then old scar? And is having ematrix and fraxel dual alternatingly give better result? Also, Ive already had one session of fraxel dual treatment, the energy used for 1550 is 60mJ, but the procedure lasted for 5 minutes only, is that normal?
Hi, 5 months ago I got done CO2 laser (CO2RE) on part of my face. I am still experiencing redness, but that improved since I started IPL Lumecca sessions for it. I am more concerned about the texture from laser and grid marks, that are still visible. They improved, but very slowly. Also treated skin is shiny...any recommendations? I was thinking about getting Ematrix since I had it in the past and had no complications. Is it good idea for the texture even if I still have redness? Thank you
I completed 3 eMatrix seshes w/in 5 mos in 2023 to address texture/collagen loss at a reputable Derm. After the 3rd sesh, my skintone is uneven (was never an issue)/melasma on cheeks. After a consult, Dr. recod ZoSkin hydroquinone + current regimen (tretonoin, SC Phloretin, ZoSkin exfoliating lotion, Obaji skin barrier, retinol pads, Eltamd 50spf). eMatrix is the only treatment ever performed on my face, healthy 43 y/o F. Is this a sound treatment plan? What do you reco to reverse the damage?
I have some fine wrinkles under my eyes and the eyelid itself is a little loose. I had a consultation and the nurse recommended eMatrix sublitive laser. I was wondering what's the best laser treatment for under eye wrinkles and loose eyelid. Thank you for any suggestions
I have previously used restylane for nasolabial fill ins however my Dr. suggested that E Matrix would clean up that area, and the lines around the mouth after a few treatments, because it produces collagen. Is this true, I have not been able to find any information about this? Thank you
