I am happy with my overall size, however in would like to get rid of my "hip dips". Can I only get lipo to my flanks and stomach to solve the problem or is a bbl necessary? I don't want my proportions more exaggerated than they are or a bigger butt; I just want a more hourglass curve. I would like to avoid fat graphing and the not-being-able-to-sit-for-6-weeks, if possible. Thanks so much!

Answer: Liposuction Options I appreciate your concerns, and after reviewing your photos I agree that your buttocks have an attractive shape and size and BBL is not needed. Expert traditional liposuction of your abdomen and flanks should contour these regions nicely and allow you to achieve your goals. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to confirm my advice. Good luck.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear feeeef, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
