I am 56, 5’4” and 128 pounds. I’ve never been over that weight in my life. Six years ago I got smart Lipo on my outer thighs as I always had small saddlebags even though I was not overweight. Unfortunately I have divots now on my thighs and my skin is severely lumpy and saggy. I workout regularly with weights and do barre. Is there realistically anything I can do about the condition of the skin on my thighs or has that ship sailed?

Thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to appreciate what you have had from these photos since the incisions are not clear. I think, you may have had a vertical thighplasty (VTP) where incisions are placed from the pubic area to the inner knee on the inside of your thigh. A V...
