I saw 3 different surgeons and all agree I can use a mini thigh lift. What is the round about figure for one?

Can you tell me the round about figure for a MINI THIGH LIFT? One surgeon said he use local anesthesia I would be awake $9000 Another said General $5000 Last surgeon $7500. Those prices sound a bit ridiculous to me. I KNOW DONT LOOK AT PRICE but it should not cost that much. A tummy tuck at Penn was $3500

Unfortunately, there is no average cost for a mini thigh lift, or any other plastic surgery for that matter. It depends on a number of factors, like location, experience and expertise of your plastic surgeon, extent of surgery, anesthesia, OR costs, meds, and other related expenses.
Instead of looking at the price, please make sure that you choose a reputable, experienced, and board-certified plastic surgeon. Go on a consultation with him, see if you like his style, check out before and after photos, and choose the one you feel most at ease with. That’s a better way of choosing a plastic surgeon because prices vary a lot.
