My eyes look like they’re at different levels on my face, and one side of my face is definitely wider than the other. It feels like both sides of my face developed completely different from each other. I don’t expect to be perfectly symmetrical but what can be done to lessen the appearance of the difference? It’s so horribly obvious

Answer: Improving facial symmetry with fillers or implants Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients. Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry. You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you. Fillers: Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime Negative: Risks associated with surgery Possible infection Downtime I hope this helps.

Answer: Facial asymmetry Hi there. Your pictures show mild asymmetry and that is totally normal. No face is perfectly symmetric, but I use Botox and soft tissue fillers like Sculptra and Voluma to balance the face. I recommend seeing an advanced filler injector in your area for what you are describing. Best wishes, Dr. Sawyer
