My face is obviously quite asymmetrical, especially in photos, is there any procedure to at least make it less obvious? (Photo)

My eyes look like they’re at different levels on my face, and one side of my face is definitely wider than the other. It feels like both sides of my face developed completely different from each other. I don’t expect to be perfectly symmetrical but what can be done to lessen the appearance of the difference? It’s so horribly obvious
