How can I achieve hollow cheekbones? (Photo)

Question

I want my face to look more angular and I want to start​ with achieving hollow zygos. Would I need malar cheek implants, maybe combined with buccal fat removal?fillers ? Perhaps even jaw implants. I'm not entirely sure although First picture I link is the look I would like to try and achieve. However I know that's mostly unlikely it's just to give an idea of what I'm going for. Thanks

If you're a candidate, buccal fat removal can give you great results. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. Liposuction can be used to further slim the face. Combined with implants, this will give you more hollow cheekbones. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you are a great candidate for malar enhancement.  This can be
done in one of two ways.  Voluma is an injectable filler which can be
injected into the malar region as a temporary filler.  Malar implants can
be placed as a permanent way to gain volume in the cheek.  I always use
medpor implants with screw fixation.  Silicone malar implants tend to
have a high rate of malrotation over time.  The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.
