Two years post breast aug - How can this asymmetry be fixed? (Photos)
I had breast augmentation 2 years ago. The first photo is pre op. I had mildly tuberous, asymmetrical breasts. about 34A. I am 42 years old, 5'3", 120 pounds. Second and third photos are post op. I had 225cc Mentor Moderate Plus profile, subfascial placement. My right breast definitely feels more round and firm, however my surgeon has assured me they feel completely normal. I also told him that I am dissatisfied with the nipple and size asymmetry and he has said that these are very good results. I really dislike the result, and especially when I lift my arms above my head they look strange to me and I don't understand why they look like this. Is there any hope that they could look similar with a revision and what exactly do you think that would entail? I realize they may never be exactly the same, but these results results don't seem good to me. I believe my breast width diameter is about 11 and I dislike the gap as well, but that is the least of my worries at this point.
