Downsizing 650cc to 480cc vs 520cc with lift and Galaflex - surgeon opinions?

Title: Downsizing 650cc to 480cc vs 520cc with lift and GalaFLEX — surgeon opinio I’m looking for opinions from plastic surgeons regarding an upcoming breast revision, lift, and implant exchange. I am 5'6", 143 lbs and currently wear approximately a 34DDD. I have had my current implants for about 9 years. They are 650cc Natrelle/Allergan silicone implants, moderate profile, placed under the muscle. I have also had 7 children and breastfed. My main concerns with my current implants are that they feel/look too large and wide for my frame. I have a lot of side boob/lateral fullness, and I feel that the width of the implants makes my entire upper body look wider than I actually am. I have also had one implant come out of/displace from the pocket, so preventing future displacement, dropping, and sagging is very important to me. My surgeon is planning to: Downsize my implants Switch to Natrelle/Allergan gummy silicone high-profile implants Move from under the muscle to above the muscle Perform a breast lift Close/reconstruct the enlarged pocket Use GalaFLEX mesh as an internal bra/support for the new implants We are considering approximately 480cc vs 520cc high profile. My goal is to look narrower and more proportionate, reduce the side boob, and have my breasts sit higher and more centered on my chest. However, I still want a full, feminine, projected look with good cleavage and don't want to feel like I downsized too drastically.
