you might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

The outcome of your arms is not worse and cellulite is simply poorly done liposuction leaving divots  and streaks.  It is going to be very difficult and possibly not possible to correct this.  Cellulite is a completely different ideology.  It forms from connective tissue bands anchoring the skin to underlying muscle fascia dimpling the skin when fat layers become thick.  What you have is uneven fat contours from the liposuction being done with poor technique.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
