I had revised Lipo by a doctor in Miamj, to smooth out my stomach from previous Lipo. That doctor left me horribly scarred and uneven. In addition, none of the doctors suggested a tummy tuck since I had loose upper abdominal skin. I’ve tried velashape, profound RF, Rf treatments, and additional Lipo to smooth it out and nothing has helped.
Answer: Options for uneven liposuction I am sorry to hear about your disappointing results. Correction of irregularities after liposuction is possible, but can be challenging. In many cases, the answer is not additional liposuction, but rather is breaking apart the scar tissue using a special type of liposuction cannula and then adding some fat back into the previously treated areas to smooth things out. I encourage you to meet with experienced surgeons and discuss options.

Answer: VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO / 360 Degree Liposculpture / Body Contouring / REVISION Lipo / Skin Removal Surgery Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Uneven after liposuction Dear MissNewBooty85, while there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result. It is hard to tell for sure without an examination which procedure would be the best choice for you. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Liposuction revision Hi and thank you for your photos and questions. I am so sorry you have had such an unpleasant experience. A tummy tuck (full vs possible mini) is the best solution to fix this, however it is unclear from these pictures alone if you have enough loose skin and skin excess to perform a tummy tuck. An in person examination can determine this easily. Additional lipo will make this worse. Best to meet with a couple surgeons to get their opinions! Good luck!

Answer: Liposuction Scarring You appear to have significant scarring from your procedures. I do not think that additional liposuction, even with cutting cannulas will correct the problem. Most likely, a modified tummy tuck with scar removal would provide you with improved contour. In a typical tummy tuck, the skin is elevated an incision is made around the umbilicus. In your case, a floating umbilical procedure would allow the release of the scar tissue without an additional scar around the belly button and the scar can stay very low on the abdomen, near the pubic area.
