I had a lip lift with fat transfer in may 2020. I am unhappy with my results as they are clearly uneven. I much prefer the thinner side but I'd just like them even. I got lip filler this weekend too however it couldn't help much as there is hard lumps of fat in my lip and even fat coming out on the syringe. Any suggestions? Could I maybe have the fat removed so they're more thin and even?
