How to fix saggy breast without surgery for a teen?

Is there any way to fix bc even if im an adult IM NEVER GETTING SURGERY OR IMPLANTS OR ANYTHING! will it get fuller and and tight when im older. Any possible way to fix in 1 or 2 months?
