A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in combination for skin tightening, but the results are mild compared to surgical options.

I would recommend a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma) and InMode BodyTite to contour and tighten the chin and neck. Based on this photo you seem to be a good candidate for neck lift. Only on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in face/neck lift it would be possible to decide whether neck lift only or lower face/neck lift would be better solution. Good luck.

It would be helpful to have a full set of facial and neck photographs from all angles to make a determination about how best to proceed. In our practice, a neck lift only accomplishes removal of fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty. When there's loose skin in the neck, lower face and neck lift is going to be required.
