Other procedures to consider for neck Skin Tightening - what is best for me? (photos)

Question

I have had Ultherapy, coolsculpting, kybella and Genius RF to treat fat and skin laxity in my neck. As you can see from the attached photos, I still have loose skin and would like to improve it. I am considering Morpheus8 or Profound RF. Thoughts on these or other options?

You have tried multiple non-surgical methods without significant result; it is time to turn to surgery. Based on these photos, neck lift (to tighten neck muscles and contour neck fat deposits) or lower face/neck lift, would be options to consider. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in face/neck lift, is recommended. Good luck.

​A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.​

Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

Based upon the posted photos you need surgery to tighten the excess sub neck skin. Either mini or full open neck lift. Must do in person or virtual consult. Fees range from $8,000-$20,000.

Unfortunately, you have only one option to tighten the skin of your neck. That is a surgical procedure. Since part of the excess skin comes from the face, the best procedure is a facelift. You have already tried several  non invasive modalities and they haven’t worked. There is no need to continue to waste money on a losing cause
