Thank you for your question.  However difficult to truly assess the magnitude of the facial asymmetry, we typically utilize a 3D scan of the facial bones (CBCT) to gather more information about the asymmetry.  Sometimes camouflage surgery on the opposite side may provide benefit using facial implants ($4000-6000), however definitive jaw realignment surgery may prove to give the best long term solution ($16000-25000).  Hope this helps.

Great question!  We have a lot patients that we see specifically for a deep crease / fold (termed labiodental sulcus).  A lot of patients often present with a deeper bite leading to the cause of such a crease.

To treat the area, a couple thoughts come to mind:  1.  a non surgical filer with a subcision/to remove the scar band caused by the mentalist muscle using a simple needle approach, followed by a semipermanent filler option;  2.  A more permanent chin implant which would also fill the crease but care not to place a very large implant to create an unnatural look.

Thanks for the question!  Tough to say with the limited photos and the proper lighting needed to really evaluate the best option for you.

At least, I believe that a skin care regimen would give you better tone and texture with tightening , and the use of semi permanent fillers to help with facial volume depletion would offer some instantaneous results. Right now, I dont feel a facelift will improve your appearance as you have good skin tone.
