I’m looking at getting the buccal fat pad Reduction/Removal & Custom jaw implant (chin and mandibular implants). Will this give me the similar results to the examples? Of course the pictures you see my body fat % is 25% off a bulk. I’m sure getting to 10% body fat will play a roll also. I believe I’ve already got the high lrominanet cheek bones and those should really help with the angular sunken in cheek look. Thx

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Liposuction can further slim the face. You have a few options to achieve a stronger-looking chin and profile while also improve symmetry. If you’re not sure you’re ready for surgery, but still want to improve and strengthen your chin and profile, I’d suggest augmenting your chin with Sculptra and/or Voluma. If you like your new look, you can make it permanent with a chin implant.You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation. While a custom jawline implant and buccal lipectomy/perioral liposuction will go a long way to improving your facial shape. it will not create the ideal facial shape you have shown. That degree of facial concavity will not be created by any amount of fat removal in your face.

The appearance you seek is feasible but one does not need buccal fat removal to achieve it; and leaving the fat tissue is a benefit long term. The thickness and texture of the chin determines how 'defined/crisp' the jawline becomes; but the goal s achievable with experienced persons.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek, chin), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Following my beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  From the photos, your cheeks are flat in the front, the chin is weak as are the mandibular angles and there is some excess fat in front of the cheeks as well as excess skin under the chin.  The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.
Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face.  Liposuction can be combined to reduce any excess fat to further shape the cheeks and face.  Simply removing buccal fat from below the cheeks will not add volume to the cheeks themselves which is required to aesthetically "shape" the cheeks.
Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut bone segments).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery and removal of excess skin from under the chin.
Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
