Left eye is droopy - How to fix my eyes? (Photo)

misabiza
My left eye (pictured right) has become droopy because I only wear one scleral contact lens in that eye. I have to constantly raise my eyebrow to make it open more. I thought I needed ptosis surgery but one surgeon told me I don't have ptosis and needed an upper bleph and upper eyelid filler for the left eye. Another surgeon told me an upper bleph would not be sufficient to correct the asymmetry with my eyes. I'm getting completely different answers and I'm lost.
