I had a tummy tuck and bbl 360 6 months ago and I am happy with my overall shape, but I hate ow my butt crack doesn't go all the way up like normal. I asked my surgeon and he said that my ligaments aren't connected like normal and that why my butt crack doesn't go all the way up. He said he could possibly cut and stitch an extended but crack but needs to do more research. Or possibly lipo an aggressive V shape above my short butt crack. I was hoping y'all could give me some advice on here.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear roncamp08, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: V shaped crease above buttocks Thank you for your question. The area above the butt crease Can be more defined with liposuction. I typically include this with my tummy tuck procedures. I suction the backside to create a small indentation shaped like a V to allow a patient thong to rest in this crease. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is also a member of the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgeons. Best of luck with your procedure.
