Hi there, I’m really insecure about my side profile. Im 28 and getting married in 6.5 months, and I want to look perfect for my wedding photos. I’ve had a lot of ml’s built up in my lips over the last 10 years but I never liked how much my mouth projects outward. I want vertical and not horizontal projection for my lips. Should I dissolve and re-fill? I have very thin lips naturally.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like the current fillers are contributing to more forward projection than you’d like, which can affect your side profile.

Dissolving some or all of the existing filler with hyaluronidase is an option and can help reset the shape of your lips. After dissolving, we can discuss a plan to rebuild them in a way that emphasizes vertical height rather than horizontal projection, which is often more flattering for thin lips.
