Thick nose bridge - can I get a Rhinoplasty to fix this? (photos)

Hi, yes you are a candidate to make the nose a little narrower. You dont show a photo of your nose with smiling, but with smiling your concern might not change, however a basic rhinoplasty will narrow your nose.

Hello DearYou do not show us a picture where you are smiling but yous your bony pyramid is a bit wide.It needs some osteotomies (separation /cut of the bone) to bring them to a more narrow position.Hope it helps!

hi dear thanks for your pics. I must admit u have a pretty nice and straight nose. Reading the problems u have written it does not appear to be a nose problem at all. When one smiles lot of muscles get stimulated and sometimes even unwanted muscles get activated leading to flaring of nostrils or any other issue.these things can be easily corrected. its best if u could do consultation once so that we can do corrective measures accordingly.
