I had my primary rhinoplasty one year ago. The bulbous and drooping tip was straightened (suture technique) and lifted using a graft. Spreader grafts were also used to widen the pinched supratip area. Soon after the surgery I started to notice some unattractive deformity over the supratip area. It looks like the area is higher than the tip. Sometimes the nose also feels hard and stiff. What it could be and can steroid injection help to shrink down the deformity or do I need a revision surgery?
