Is liposuction to the forearms very risky?

I would have to see pictures or examine you to make a determination.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of
these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as

The forearm is an unusual request to have liposuction. I would be extremely careful. In fact I discuss results with patients and would probably recommend to avoid the forearm.

I usually don't get requests for liposuction of the forearms. This can be risky as there isn't much fat in the forearms to liposuction as there is in the upper arms. Be sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon and visit for an in-person consultation. Best Wishes, Dr. Newall

It is quite rare to liposuction, but I do not see any more risk than other parts of your body.  Choose a board certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience because the chance of contour irregularities exists because there is usually less subcutaneous fat in the forearms and the skin is not as loose as the upper arm./

 There's no reason  the lower arm cannot be suction safely. However seldom is at a reservoir for surplus fat.

Most people's fat distribution shows limited subcutaneous fat on the forearms.When I have a patient whose fat layers continue onto the forearms, they are usually treated at the same time to avoid what you described.In most cases, the formations can be treated gently with no more risks and complications than any other area.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
