Is liposuction to the forearms very risky?

BLiftFTransfer
I had liposuction on the upper arms, and am going to have an arm lift soon. These were staged because the arm fat was used for a fat transfer, and I felt it would have been too much to have the arm lift at that time. Now, my forearms look too big in comparison to my upper arms, which are now thinner with loose skin hanging over the elbow. Forearms will look huge after the arm lift if nothing is done to them. Is forearm liposuction dangerous, are there a lot of complications, with an arm lift?
