When can I sit in chair after back Liposuction?

Question

When can sit upright in a chair after Lipo on back and hips and flanks. I As told to lay flat or stand so I don't create a crease. But my back is hurting from laying down all day and night

You will do no damage to liposuction of the back by resting against the back of the chair. As soon as you can do this comfortably it should be permissible.

Thanks for your inquiry.  I think your question is one that only your surgeon should answer, but let he/she know that you are having a hard time with the position restrictions in terms of pain.

question. Generally patients can sit up right following liposuction as long as they’re
in a proper environment to achieve compression. It’s impractical to be laying
down for too long. As long as the proper correction is achieved, following
liposuction, one can be really sitting in any position.
