Yes, it is possible to add filler around an implant. I have done it multiple times elsewhere, but the chin is no different. The filler would not go next to the implant (the implant has a tight, unyielding scar capsule around it) so there is no worry about an infection any more than normal chin injection. Make sure you see an expert (which it sound as if your "filler specialist" isn't.
