The "jelly roll" appearance noted under the eyes may very well be muscular hypertrophy of the semicircular-shaped under eye muscles, and it is the belly of the muscle protruding that gives the impression of a line (actually like a valley) immediately below it. If this is indeed so, the a few microdroplets of Botox should work well to reduce the muscular bulge and hence diminish the "line" immediately below. Botox injections can target the muscles causing the under-eye lines you’re referring to, limiting muscle movement to smooth away the resulting lines.
