8 months after dermal filler, discoloration in under eyes is still present. What can be the reason behind this? (photo)

I had a treatment in March of this year for under eye bags. The practitioner injected my upper cheeks and the effect was an immediate discolouration beneath both eyes .Injected filler as 0.25 ML - Restalyne. under each eye. After that the filler was attempted to be dissolved 5 times, however, the blue lines still persisted. In addition, I had like 3 RF microneedling treatments without any luck. Could the issue be that possibly the filler has blocked my lymp nodes? Issue is worst when I wake up.
