8 months after dermal filler, discoloration in under eyes is still present. What can be the reason behind this? (photo)

As I can see from picture, you are was not candidate for filler, but for UNDER EYE FAT REPOSITION. This treatment is common in Korea. I might suppose that filler was injected some different layer, so it still remain and not get dissolved by injection.
