Thanks. Also risks of each and how frequently need to carry out the treatments I'm interested in non fillers like botox if that's possible to get similar upper lip as attached photos. Would fillers cause you to show less upper teeth? (I already don't show enough upper teeth as I'd like).

It's possible that that bump is migrated filler. You also have migrated filler above the vermillion border causing the "shelf" appearance to your upper lip. This can easily be dissolved with hyaluronidase.
