Yes, it is possible to reduce the prominence of the cupids bow when performing lip injections. However, it is not usually possible to eliminate it all together. 

Dear Lydiajae, thank you for sharing you picture. To change the shape of the lip (flattening or building cupids bow, flipping lip out etc), is definitely doable with filler, to a certain degree. While in my hand the most common lip filler I use is Restylane Kysse, when I am looking to more drastically change shape of the lip, I will opt for something slightly stiffer, like Restylane defyne or even some other Juvederm products. However, you do need an experienced injector and you may need a few trial to get the most optimal shape. It is not really in the specific product but in the hands of the injector. Hope this helps.
