How can I fill this in/correct this without surgery or fillers? Any Prosthetic molder/artists & make up? (Photo)

In your photograph, you can see that your nose is slightly angled and deviated to the left side. Your vertical line is in the center of your forehead but not over the center of your nose. You may have had trauma to the nose that pushed it to the left side. To correct this you would benefit from a rhinoplasty. The nose will be re-centered and the tip would be moved back into the midline. If there is any asymmetry at the radix then it can be corrected by an osteotomy.

Hello and thank you for your question. A prosthetic would never be a good idea for this situation. It would be at an extremely high risk of complications. The much safer way to treat this is either with a filler or micro fat grafting. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I would strongly caution you about the use of fat injections around the eye. There have been several cases of blindness following fat transfer to the peri orbital area
