I had a laser procedure to get rid of some redness under my eyes done about 2 weeks ago and I had these bags beforehand, but they werent very noticeable, now they are. Not sure what I should do or what kind of Dr I should consult with to fix this. I don't want to do surgery at all, is fillers an option and how effective will it be?? Thanks!
