What are my options for dissolving tear trough filler? (Photo)

I had hylaronic filler RHA 2 used to treat under eye hollowing. It initially looked great but some contour irregularities formed so I had it partially dissolved. My under eye bags are so much swollen now than they were before I had the filler. Is it possible the filler migrated over the retaining ligaments? I’m afraid if I get it further dissolved it’ll look worse. Any suggestions on how to proceed??
