I had hyaluronic acid filler injected on the side of my face above the cheekbone to lift my face and a tiny bit for the tear trough. I had a lump on the cheekbone two days after injection and this was treated with oral steroids for ten days and it resolved and everything looked fine. Six days after stopping prednisone I wake up with red patches not near the injection site but in the centre of the cheeks. It looks like rosacea I’m prone to and has slightly spread. Is cause for concern?
