I am 16 years old, I know I am young, but I am extremely unhappy with my boobs, I'm quite fit and do dancing about 10-14 hours a week after school although i find it difficult and sometimes painful with my breasts as they are quite saggy, their not small my cup size is like a 10DD and being a dancer it is quite embarrassing and very annoying seeing that i am constantly bouncing and jumping around and we can't wear sports bras just a leotard, although despite dancing I'm also quite self conscious

Answer: Breast Lift at 16 You should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation. At a size DD, you might find that the weight of your breasts contributes to your annoyance at jumping and bouncing while dancing. A breast reduction incorporates a lift into the procedure, so this may be something to explore as you consider surgery. Breast surgery in teens is typically done in girls who are symptomatic and whose breast size and growth has plateaued. Heavy breasts can cause symptoms like back and neck pain and difficulty exercising. I've had many teens who have been ecstatic after breast reduction surgery.
