I hate my stomach and breast. I've had 3 kids my youngest is 6. I've had a breast lift 3 years ago. I had a consultation and they said I qualify for a mini tummy tuck with no muscle repair my muscles are perfect. But for my breast they said the only thing they could do was implants. I really don't want implants. They said I don't have enough fat for a fat transfer and refused another lift for the empty skin. If I gained 5 pounds would I qualify for a fat transfer ? Any other options ?

The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed.

Fat transfer to the breasts will likely give a poor result. I know many surgeons do it but I've seen their pictures on their websites. Often they either show no photos or the results are underwhelming. Don't waste the money.

"Hate" is a strong word. Don't gain weight, especially just 5 pounds, and expect that to work for a transfer. You need donor fat for it to work. Otherwise, choose implants.

Photos do not show if you have any fat to transfer. Best in person or virtual consult. Need at least 1 liter of fat. As for mini TT.... NO! You need full TT. Fee for Full TT with 1 liter lipo and fat to breasts is $12,000-$20,000 range.

I don’t think it would be difficult to harvest sufficient amount of fat from your body to do breast fat transfer.

The fact can be harvested from your torso, your arms your thighs or a combination.

It’s very rare that someone has such a little BMI that fat cannot be harvested anywhere.

Weather in miney tell me a joke is a better option than a full tummy joke is something that requires better pictures and ideally an examination.

Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction and fed transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.

These are actually not difficult procedures to do but very difficult procedures to do well consistently.
If you opt for a fed transfer and you need to be in the hands of someone who is done a lot of these procedures.

A good reference point is having done at least 100.

Typically speaking a plastic surgeon who can demonstrate 50 or more sets of before and after pictures during a consultation has enough experience and most likely has figured out what to do and what not to do when it comes to fat. transfer.

The fact that someone feels they cannot harvest fat for a modest fat transfer in your case tells me they lack Liposuction experience.

If you’re set on having fat transfer then you may owe it to yourself to have a series of new consultations until you find someone truly has a lot of experience and skill specifically with this procedure.
