Fat Transfer Can't Be From Anyone Except An Identical Twin. What About My Biological Mother?

She has the same blood type and genes as I.. Is there a possibility here? I have been doing research about fat grafting/fat transfer. If the answer to this question is also a no, can someone also tell me what are the risks and complications? I am considering fat transfer to my breasts and will not mind if I have to go back and do it more than just a few times. Thank you so much!

Using fat from someone other than an identical twin or your own body is risky. Rejection of the injection is common even in fat from someone as close as your mother and should not be attempted. Consult your plastic surgeon for other options.

unless from an identical twin fat grafts will not survive and you would have a host vs graft reaction.  If you have very little fat then a traditional augmentation may be a safer and more reliable way to go
