Fat Transfer Can't Be From Anyone Except An Identical Twin. What About My Biological Mother?

She has the same blood type and genes as I.. Is there a possibility here? I have been doing research about fat grafting/fat transfer. If the answer to this question is also a no, can someone also tell me what are the risks and complications? I am considering fat transfer to my breasts and will not mind if I have to go back and do it more than just a few times. Thank you so much!
