Generally a month to a month and a half is a safe amount of time before you should start exercising again but it is not the case for everyone. Consult your plastic surgeon for specifics as they will be able to give you a personal time frame.

well - technically you should follow the advice of your operating physician as his interest is getting you the best results possible. However, I will tell you that advise my patients that they can begin to exercise fairly soon after liposuction or fat transfer procedure when they are feeling up to it and as soon as 1 week. I don't think you will damage anything but be careful not to wear tight shorts that might cut into and indent the area of the procedure. Perhaps you can present to your physician for a post-op check and let him approve increased activity.
