I am female with very skinny lower legs. Would calf implants or fat transfer help?

Question

I am embarrassed by the look of my thin legs. I know fat transfer or implant is possible and would like to find out more about these procedures. Could anyone advise me? I would like to hear from doctors that have either treated and had success or that they would tell me to steer clear: either way, I am interested to find out as much as possible. Who is the pioneer of these procedures? Also, any patient experiences of either procedure would be great. Thanks.

I have transferred fat to improve many, many areas.  Calf implants may still be better for more significant results.Try to research this to find the surgeon who consistently produces the 
results you would expect.  Look at reviews on this site and see who gets the surgery right every time.  Find
 a  board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of fat grafting procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

Fat transfer to your calf could definitely be done. Search for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
