Is It Possible To Get Fat Injections for Bony Shoulders?

Hi, I have very little fat in the area between my neck and my shoulder. Instead of a straight line from my neck to my shoulder area there's a dip right before my shoulder. Are fat injections feasible for this area? Thanks

The photo is dark so hard to tell for sure.  I would allow swelling to resolve before any intervention.  Lasers can be of benefit.  In addition I have had success with IPL treatment.  As there is no obvious bruise I would give it a bit more time before further treatment...
