I had fat grafting to the buttocks, 2 days post op. Not happy with outcome. Will it change in time?

Because you had surgery only two days ago, there exists a lot of tissue distortion from swelling and the trauma of surgery itself.  Be sure to follow your operating surgeons recommendations and keep your follow up visits until more of the shape comes in over the ensuing weeks and months until you revisit this issue, if need be, with your surgeon.  Glad to help. 

It is very close to the time of your procedure and too soon to make assumptions about your results. I recommend following your surgeon's advice and wearing your compression garment. Contact your surgeon directly for specific things you should do to ensure ideal results.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
