Lengthening the face using fat transfer?

I believe i have a short face? So my question is 1)can we lenghten the lower third of the face using fat transfer? 2)how much VERTICAL length can be increased using fat transfer?

A facial fat transfer is unlikely to lengthen your face vertically, though dermal filler injections can be used to create a more symmetrical appearance and add volume to your facial features. Increasing volume in various parts of the face can enhance contours and change your face’s shape to achieve a desirable, yet natural-looking result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector. They will be able to discuss your aesthetic goals with you and determine the best treatment option to help you achieve them.

Fat transfer does not sound like a good solution to your problem. Without pictures we can’t make an assessment.
