Which procedure would best help to soften cheek hollows? 36 y/o (photos)

I am 36 and have buccal hollows (have had to some degree most my life but are worse now with age). What is recommended to soften this? Would filler migrate and am I better off with fat grafting? Thanks

It is possible to go back through the same incision on lower eyelid and trim some of the redundant fat. Based on your set of before photos, you have achieved improvement, but this can be furthered refined with procedure discussed. Hope this helps. Good luck.
