It does require a series of injections over the course of 3-4 months. After each treatment you will see an improvement but final results are about 4-6 months after the first treatment. People pay big bucks for beautiful cheeks like you have! I think your shape is fantastic and I would try to talk you out of using filler or fat. However, if you really wanted to fill it in either filler or fat would work. It would be a shame though, I think your face has a beautiful, dramatic, shape and best of luck!
