Does "Dropping and fluffing" put pressure on your incisions? To the point of discomfort...?

fairen
Ive been doing some dropping the past 2weeks and since my incisions have been sore and sort of achey.my left has been higher since surgery and now is really coming down and that's where I feel the most issue. The past day if I massage my upper pole, the boob feels very tight beneath, like I'm putting pull on the incision. I used to have extra skin beneath but now when I massage it feels everything is filled in almost tightly so! Whereas if I push the top or side it pulls the bottom upward, normal?
