What are the differences? I know it that, the expander can be poured filled repeatedly. An overfilled saline implant overcharged how big? Is it not possible to filled these many times? To see many ladies 1500-3500cc with sizes! What are the final size borders? thanks

Answer: Expanders vs implants Expanders are considered temporary devices, and in the US the largest saline implants that are available are 800cc's. It is not recommended to overfill them above the recommended fill volume.

Answer: Who specializes in XL breast implants? It really depends on what size you want to go to.I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. Yes, you should be able to go bigger with an open capsultomy and if not enougfh room then placement of a tissue expander and then switching to a custom silicone breast implant.
