I have a scheduled BA for this month and my derm recently upped my dose of spiro to 100mg. I'm really freaking out and getting worried that this medication will enlarge my breasts even more!! I'm a large C right now and after the surgery I don't want my breasts growing anymore! I keep reading stories online of women gaining weight and adding cup sizes. But this is the only med that helps my acne. I'm just so frustrated because my breasts are starting to swell already.
