Can I go braless for the day at 4 weeks post augmentation?

Thank you for your question.  One evening out without the sports bra would probably be fine.  A better choice would be to choose clothing that allows you to wear a regular bra without an underwire.  Always check with your own surgeon and follow his/her post operative instructions.Best of luck,

supportive sports bra 24/7, we suggest you wear a supportive bra forever after
your procedure, however if you’re going to an important event, you shouldn’t
have any complications if you don’t wear a bra, as long as you resume wearing

Thanks for your question. At four weeks I would think you are completely healed and that you have now formed a stable scar capsule around your implants that would be unlikely to shift or stretch, so going without a bra for one night should be fine. Enjoy!James H. Scheu, M.D
