My right breast sits lower than the left one. Any suggestions? (photos)

I am 21 years old and never undergo any kind of breast surgery or treatments. I have a condition where my right breast's position is slightly lower. I always wear normal bra, sport bra and do not wear bra everytime I sleep. I really want to know what can cause this and will it get even more lower? Is there any kind of exercise to even out the alignment of both breast or at least make it less noticeable? I dont want to do any sugery or medical operation on my breast.

Thank you for your questions and pictures.  It appears that you have asymmetry which, although it is not uncommon, can only be corrected through surgery.  There are no exercises that will correct your asymmetry.  Exercise will tone your muscles and cause you to burn fat, but that will not greatly affect the asymmetry you have.  I would recommend that you see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss surgical options, which may comfort you regarding surgery.All the best,Dr. JSB

The type of asymmetry you have is quite common but there are no ways to correct it without surgery. It is possible that something simple like fat grafting could help, and simple procedures like repositioning the nipple-areola if that is part of the asymmetry. If you decided to have implants then adjustments could be made to improve symmetry.

Chest wall or breast asymmetry is not unusual. The lower fold can be corrected if it bothers you. Should you consider breast augmentation, the fold needs better support. A Board certified plastic surgeon can give you some options if needed, but your overall shape looks great.

Thank you for your question.  You have a breast asymmetry which is fairly common among most women.  Unfortunately the only way to correct it would be a surgical lift of the lower nipple areola and breast.
