What is the best numbing cream for piercings other than dr.numb?

I am getting my nipples pierced for the second time. My surgeon cleared me after I have gone breast augmentation surgery. I don't remember my first experience and I want to apply something on my nipples to ease the quick pain. any suggestions would help. Thank you

Thank you for your question.  One evening out without the sports bra would probably be fine.  A better choice would be to choose clothing that allows you to wear a regular bra without an underwire.  Always check with your own surgeon and follow his/her post operative instructions...
